|BASIC INFO AND COMMUNITY RATINGS|
Rosaria Base Stats
Rosaria’s ascension stat is bonus Attack, which increases with each ascension phase.
Rosaria Ascension Materials
Here is the list of Rosaria materials needed to reach her maximum ascension level: Shivada Jade, Insignia from Fatui Skirmishers, and Hoarfrost Core. As for Valberry, it can be collected in the wild around Stormbearer Mountains or sold in Mondstadt’s Windrise area by Chloris.
Rosaria Talent Materials
The materials to level up Rosaria’s talent are Insignia from Fatui Skirmishers, Shadow of the Warrior, and Ballad book series from Forsaken Rift Domain located between Springvale and Dragonspine in Mondstadt.
The total level-up materials required for each of Rosaria’s Talents are as follows:
Rosaria has powerful one-on-one combat capabilities. As a wielder of a Cryo vision, her Elemental Burst can provide continuous Cryo DMG Assisting the party with damage output and field control. When Rosaria is in your team, she increases the movement speed of party members during nighttime. This effect cannot be applied in Domains, Trounce Domains, or the Spiral Abyss.
|Spear of the Church|
|Normal Attack |
Performs up to 5 consecutive spear strikes.
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to lunge forward, dealing damage to opponents along the way.
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
|Attributes||Level 1||Level 10|
|3-Hit DMG||31.82% × 2||62.9% × 2|
|5-Hit DMG||41.62% + 43%||82.28% + 85%|
|Charged Attack DMG||136.74%||82.28% + 85%|
|Charged Attack Stamina Cost||25||25|
|Low/High Plunge DMG||127.84% / 159.68%||252.7% / 315.64%|
The important thing to know about Rosaria’s basic attacks is that she is the second-highest scaling Polearm wielder in the game currently, only behind Xiao. She also has the third-highest base attack among all the 4-star characters, behind Xingyan and Fischl.
Combining these two factors lays the groundwork for Rosaria’s potential to be a great main DPS, especially for those who don’t have a full roster of 5-star characters. However, it’s essential to keep in mind that she does have a slow attack speed similar to other Polearm users.
|Rosaria swiftly shifts her position to appear behind her opponent, then stabs and slashes them with her polearm, dealing Cryo DMG. This ability cannot be used to travel behind opponents of a larger build.|
|Attributes||Level 1||Level 15|
|Skill DMG||58.4% + 136%||38.7% + 323%|
|Cooldown||6 Seconds||6 Seconds|
This ability has many uses, with the most obvious one being for dealing damage and applying cryo effects. Additionally, it can help you close the distance between you and enemies that are far away. This is especially useful when facing tough opponents with shields or when you need to dodge an incoming attack.
However, it’s essential to keep in mind that some larger enemies might be too big for you to jump behind. In such cases, you will still perform your attack from their front side, but you won’t receive the 12% crit rate bonus that Rosaria gets from her first ascension passive. That bonus only applies when attacking an enemy from behind.
Another aspect you might not have realized is that Rosaria can effectively close the distance between herself and the next enemy. This makes combat feel very smooth, thanks to a short cooldown of 6 seconds, which can be further reduced with abilities like Chongyun’s skill or Anemo resonance. This allows her to consistently use her skill again by the time she’s done defeating the enemy she initially jumped to.
|Rites of Termination|
|Rosaria’s unique take on this prayer ritual: First, she swings her weapon to slash surrounding opponents; then, she summons a frigid Ice Lance that strikes the ground. Both actions deal Cryo DMG. While active, the Ice Lance periodically releases a blast of cold air, dealing Cryo DMG to surrounding opponents.|
|Attributes||Level 1||Level 15|
|Skill DMG||104% + 152%||247% + 361%|
|Ice Lance DoT||132%||313.5%|
|Duration||8 Seconds||8 Seconds|
|Cooldown||15 Seconds||15 Seconds|
While the Ice Lance is present, it will intermittently emit a freezing chill dealing Cryo DMG to nearby enemies. Strategically utilizing the Ice Lance through Elemental Reactions allows party members to control or inflict even greater damage upon enemies.
