The Moonpiercer will need Fatui Skirmisher and Ruin Drakes Materials for ascension, whereas the Oasis Gardens are a reward obtained from completing the Tower of Abject Pride domain in Dharma Forest, Sumeru every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
