Mona Talent Materials
The materials to level up Mona’s talent are Nectars from Whopperflower and Gold book series from Forsaken Rift Domain located between Springvale and Dragonspine in Mondstadt. Her weekly boss material Ring of Boreas is a possible rewards from completing the Wolf of the North Challenge trounce domain in Mondstadt.

Mona’s Normal Attack performs up to four strikes that deal Hydro damage. Holding the attack button consumes a set amount of stamina and deals area of effect Hydro damage after a short casting time.

|Creates an illusory Phantom of fate from coalesced waterspouts. The Phantom has the following special properties: |
– Continuously taunts nearby opponents, attracting their fire.

Mona creates a Phantom of Fate from coalesced water. This Phantom taunts nearby enemies and deals continuous Hydro damage to them. The Phantom explodes when its duration expires dealing area of effect Hydro damage to enemies. Holding the elemental skill button causes Mona to ride a flow of water backward and summon her Phantom.

When Mona sprints, she cloaks herself in flowing water consuming Stamina to move rapidly. Ending this skill causes Mona to emerge getting nearby enemies wet. Illusory Torrent also allows Mona to travel swiftly over water. Once her first Passive Talent is unlocked Mona can create a Phantom automatically if she maintains this skill for a certain period of time with an enemy nearby.

Mona summons sparkling waves and creates a reflection of the starry sky applying the Wet and Illusory Bubble statuses onto all enemies in the area. When affected by Illusory Bubble, weaker enemies will be imprisoned and unable to move. Attacking imprisoned enemies removes that status from them and deals an instance of Hydro damage. When the status is cleared, the enemy comes under an Omen. Enemies affected by an Omen take more damage.
On the ever-changing battlefield, Mona’s capacity for control cannot be overlooked. She aids her team at critical moments, controlling the field and maximizing her teammate’s damage.
Mona Passive Talents
Unlock 2 more passive talents for Mona on her first and fourth ascension phase.
|Come ‘n’ Get Me, Hag!|
|After she has used Illusory Torrent for 2s, if there are any opponents nearby, Mona will automatically create a Phantom. A Phantom created in this manner lasts for 2s, and its explosion DMG is equal to 50% of Mirror Reflection of Doom.|
|Increases Mona’s Hydro DMG Bonus by a degree equivalent to 20% of her Energy Recharge rate.|
|Principium of Astrology|
|When Mona crafts Weapon Ascension Materials, she has a 25% chance to refund one count of one material out of all the crafting materials used.|
New constellation’s passive abilities can be unlocked for Mona each time you obtain a character’s specific item called Stella Fortuna and these upgrades can permanently enhance her in various ways.
|Prophecy of Submersion|
|The effects of Hydro-related Elemental Reactions are enhanced for 8s after any of your characters in the party hit an opponent affected by an Omen: |
– Electro-Charged DMG is increased by 15%.
– Vaporize DMG is increased by 15%.
– Hydro Swirl DMG is increased by 15%.
– The duration for which enemies are Frozen is increased by 15%.
|When a Normal Attack hits, there is a 20% chance that it will be automatically followed by a Charged Attack. This effect can only occur once every 5s.|
|Increases the Level of Stellaris Phantasm by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.|

|Upon entering Illusory Torrent, Mona gains a 60% increase to the DMG her next Charged Attack per second of movement. A maximum DMG Bonus of 180% can be achieved in this manner. The effect lasts for no more than 8s.|
