Here are the complete lists of Bennett ascension materials and talent materials in Genshin Impact. He is definitely one of the strongest support characters in the game and he also comes from the Pyro element which is highly favored by the player base.
Making use of him without too much investment, capitalizing on his very strong burst attack, and providing reaction with Pyro is definitely something that’s not easy to come by.
|BASIC INFO AND COMMUNITY RATINGS|
|– His elemental burst provides too much value. |
– Very cheap to build.
– Turns most teams into high damage dealer.
|– Full potential locked behind Constellation 1. |
– Can’t heal to full health.
Bennett’s Base Stats
Bennett’s ascension stat is Energy Recharge percentage, which increases with each ascension phase.
Bennett’s Ascension Materials
Below are the lists of all Bennett materials needed for each ascension level. The elemental gems can be obtained as a reward from defeating normal bosses such as Pyro Hypostasis, Primo Geovishap, Pyro Regisvine and weekly bosses such as Azhdaha, La Signora and Andrius. As for Windwheel Aster, it can be collected near the Statue of The Seven at Windrise.
Bennett’s Talent Materials
These are the lists of total talent level up materials for Bennett. The Resistance books are available every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday in Forsaken Rift located between Springvale and Dragonspine in Mondstadt.
The biggest reason why Bennett is so popular among players is the fact that he provides ATK bonus from his own base ATK for anyone who stands inside his elemental burst field.
Just make sure you understand that this means you’re not going to increase your team’s ATK from Bennett’s artifacts and the only thing that matters is his Base ATK when you level him up and the weapon he has equipped. So, you can pretty much put on a decently leveled sword and he becomes a viable team member.
|Strike of Fortune | Attack|
|Normal||Performs up to 5 rapid strikes.|
|Charge||Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword swings.|
|Plunge||Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.|
|Attributes||Level 1||Level 10|
|Charged Attack DMG||55.9% + 60.72%||110.5% + 120.02%|
|Charged Attack Stamina Cost||20||20|
|Low/High Plunge DMG||127.84% / 159.68%||252.7% / 315.64%|
His normal attacks perform up to 5 slash and consumes stamina while performing 2 rapid sword strike as a charge attack.
|Passion Overload | Skill|
|Bennett concentrates the spirit of Adventure and Pyro into his blade. Depending on how long he charges for, different effects occur.|
|Tap||A single, swift flame strike that deals Pyro DMG.|
|Hold (Short)|| Charges up, resulting in different effects when unleashed based on the Charge Level. |
Level 1: Strikes twice, dealing Pyro DMG and launching opponents.
Level 2: Unleashes 3 consecutive attacks that deal impressive Pyro DMG, but the last attack triggers an explosion that launches both Bennett and the enemy.
Bennett takes no damage from being launched, but can take fall damage if he falls down a cliff.
|Attributes||Level 1||Level 15|
|Charge Level 1 DMG||84% + 92%||199.5% + 218.5%|
|Charge Level 2 DMG||88% + 96%||209% + 228%|
|Cooldown||5 / 7.5 / 10 Seconds||5 / 7.5 / 10 Seconds|
The slash attack from his elemental skill generates on average 3 pyro particles. This is pretty insane especially if your team has multiple Pyro characters who can absorb the energy more efficiently.
Finally, the last thing that’s helpful to know is that a shield prevents Bennett from getting knock backed by his elemental skill. And since we’ve been getting plenty of characters that provide shields, you can utilize this trick if you want to use Bennett’s fully charged elemental skill.
|Fantastic Voyage | Burst|
|Bennett performs a jumping slam attack that deals Pyro DMG, creating an Inspiration Field for 12 seconds.|
|Inspiration Field||– If the health of a character within the AoE is equal to or falls below 70%, their health will regenerate each second. The amount of HP restores scales off Bennett’s Max HP. |
– If the health of a character within the AoE is higher than 70%, they gain an ATK Bonus that scales based on Bennett’s Base ATK.
– Imbues characters within the AoE with Pyro.
|Attributes||Level 1||Level 15|
|Continuous Regeneration Per Sec||6% Max HP + 577||14.25% Max HP + 1824|
|ATK Bonus Ratio||56%||133%|
|Duration||12 Seconds||12 Seconds|
|Cooldown||15 Seconds||15 Seconds|
His elemental burst gives everyone inside the field a Pyro status that is considered one of the most crucial survival tactics inside places like the final floor of the Spiral Abyss where you’re constantly getting hit by the Cryo debuff.
However, what’s arguably more interesting about his burst is the interaction he has with his 2nd passive skill. When Bennett is inside the Fantastic Voyage field, his elemental skill cooldown is reduced by 50% and he no longer gets a knockback from the final level of his elemental skill.
This is actually a great way to become the so-called energy battery for your team since Bennett’s elemental skill only has 4 second cooldown when he does the single tap activation which then goes down all the way to only 2 seconds when he is inside the burst.
