Alhaitham Talents
Alhaitham is a dendro unit whose kit centers around being on-field dealing dendro damage, applying dendro, and triggering reactions. His off-field teammates are there to support him, add damage, and enable reactions.
His gameplay does have certain timings and combos that you can maximize for damage if you want to. But if you’re still on the fence about him, I do advise you to do his trial run and see if his playstyle is your cup of tea.

Alhaitham’s normal attacks consist of a 5-hit combo, with the third hit dealing two instances of damage. It looks very cool, especially with his high kick and flip. His charge attack also deals two instances of damage and costs 20 stamina. However, his auto attacks are meant to be used in tandem with his skill and mirror mechanics.

Rushes forward, dealing Dendro DMG to nearby opponents when the rush ends, causing a Chisel-Light Mirror to form. Holding this skill will cause it to behave differently. Hold Enters Aiming Mode to adjust the direction of Alhaitham’s rush attack. Chisel-Light Mirror When this skill is unleashed, Alhaitham will generate 1 Chisel-Light Mirror. If there are no Mirrors at this time, he will generate 1 additional Mirror. Chisel-Light Mirrors will have the following properties:
|

Attributes | Level 1 | Level 15 |
---|---|---|
Rush Attack DMG | 193.6% ATK + 154.88% Elemental Mastery | 348.48% ATK + 278.78% Elemental Mastery |
Projection Attack Interval | 1.6 Seconds | 1.6 Seconds |
1-Mirror Projection Attack DMG | 67.2% ATK + 134.4% Elemental Mastery | 120.96% ATK + 241.92% Elemental Mastery |
2-Mirror Projection Attack DMG | (67.2% ATK + 134.4% Elemental Mastery)×2 | (120.96% ATK + 241.92% Elemental Mastery)×2 |
3-Mirror Projection Attack DMG | (67.2% ATK + 134.4% Elemental Mastery)×3 | (120.96% ATK + 241.92% Elemental Mastery)×3 |
Chisel-Light Mirror Removal Interval | 4 Seconds | 4 Seconds |
Cooldown | 18 Seconds | 18 Seconds |
Chisel light mirrors are a vital part of Alhaitham’s gameplay for two main reasons. First, as long as a mirror exists, his auto attacks will gain dendro infusion that cannot be overridden. This enables his on-field dendro DPS and application role.
Second, when Alhaitham performs auto attacks while having mirrors, he also executes projection attacks, which are another major source of dendro damage and application. A projection attack can be triggered every 1.6 seconds and is considered as skill damage. The number of mirrors corresponds to how many hits will be dealt and the animation it does.
With one mirror, it hits once, shown by a blade in a square-shaped path. With two mirrors, it hits twice, shown via boomerang swords. And with three mirrors, it hits thrice, shown by swords reigning down on the enemy.
One mirror will be removed at 4-second intervals, so as time goes by and you’re unable to add mirrors, your projection attacks do fewer hits. But that’s okay since usual rotations can allow Alhaitham to maintain two to three mirrors during most of his on-field time.

Creates a Particular Binding Field and deals multiple instances of AoE Dendro DMG. If Chisel-Light Mirrors exist when this ability is unleashed, all such Mirrors will be consumed and increase the number of DMG instances dealt. 2 seconds after this ability is unleashed, if 0/1/2/3 Mirrors were consumed, Alhaitham will generate 3/2/1/0 new Mirrors in turn. |

Attributes | Level 1 | Level 15 |
---|---|---|
Single-Instance DMG | 121.6% ATK + 97.28% Elemental Mastery | 288.8% ATK + 231.04% Elemental Mastery |
Basic Attack Instances | 4 | 4 |
1-Mirror Attack Instances | 6 | 6 |
2-Mirror Attack Instances | 8 | 8 |
3-Mirror Attack Instances | 10 | 10 |
Cooldown | 18 Seconds | 18 Seconds |
Energy Cost | 70 | 70 |
Upon casting it, he creates a field in front of him that deals dendro hits based on how many mirrors you have. When you cast it, it starts at 4 hits with no mirrors and maxes out at 10 hits with 3 mirrors. It consumes the mirrors you have upon casting, but it also creates mirrors based on how many you are lacking.
Casting with no mirrors will create three mirrors, but at the other end, casting with three mirrors will create no mirrors. Note, though, that the mirror creation has a two-second delay after the burst animation. So, if you do normal attacks while the mirrors haven’t generated yet, a few hits will only do physical damage.

Can’t wait to crown him
So
He’s like a DENDRO Keqing and his damage scales on EM, therefore his built would be
Flower + Feather + EM + EM/Dendro DMG Bonus + CRIT RATE/DMG
His play-style reminds me more of Tartaglia than Keqing to be honest.
